INITIAL MEETING 

This is when both parties meet for the first time, as part of this stage we will discuss what the client is looking to achieve, gather information about the site, project, budget, and any other conditions that may apply. Once we have established all the initial information, we will discuss what is involved in the design and construction process. Form this meeting we will create a project brief that will be included in the formal fee offer. This offer will outline, the scope of works, time frames, fee breakdown, charge-out rates, and our terms and conditions of the contract. The fee offer will need to be signed, dated, initialled and returned to us before any work can commence.
