About you

​

To succeed in this role, you will have the following:

  • 3+ years work experience in an architectural practice working through all design stages but with a focus on producing detailed design documentation for residential and commercial projects

  • A skill level and competence to “hit the ground running”

  • excellent attention to detail, logical thinker, great time management, target orientated

  • High ability to problem solve and to ‘drive’ multiple projects

  • Well versed in New Zealand building codes & standards, most of all NZS3604 and have knowledge and experience with the NZ consenting processes

  • Archicad proficient (not a must for an otherwise perfect fit and a quick learner) and able to use Microsoft office software (excel, word, outlook)

  • NZ resident or citizen
