DEVELOPED DESIGN

The developed design phase of work further expands the approved preliminary design to obtain a greater degree of coordination between separate consultants and to incorporate any matters resulting from a resource consent or value engineering process. On some projects this phase will be amalgamated within the detailed design phase and (while this work is completed) it may not be seen as a set of deliverables standing alone.
